Restore your old profile?

I guess restoring your old profile is a reasonable thing to do, if switching back to Firefox 1.0.7. Creating a new profile seems to be one of the first things to do if you have problems with Firefox. I've always wondered how complicated a Mozilla profile is that different versions (even minor) can't work with the same profile. Thanks for posting this story. I was aware of the Howto on the Wiki, but I didn't note the memory leak or that there was a severe slow down. |
