I would have mentioned qtparted, but the last few versons have been buggy. gparted seems to be more reliable and just as easy to use.

Having seldom used either, I couldn't say. Some people seem to have a strong preference for KDE based apps though, so I thought I should mention it.

Gparted can be used with KDE... I do :)
