He wants to know why the agency would pay a third party to search for bugs, yet “make no contribution to fixing them.”" I wondered this myself - and why aren't they doing this same thing to the proprietary products whose intellectual property they hold in such high regard. maybe I am just being ungrateful but this whole project to me never smelled right from the start. |
