Wallace's suit didn't lose. It never got out of the blocks. To initiate a law suit, you must properly plead your case. To properly plead your case, you must address the elements of an action. Wallace didn't properly plead a case in antitrust. The case, effectively, never came about. Nothing whatsoever was decided about the "merits." Nevertheless, it's still good riddance. |
