The author takes a single event and builds an entire universe out of it. Mutual animosity? Such animosity as exists towards Microsoft is completely justified. But it is not universal, and it certainly isn't a requirement for membership in the mythical, monolithic open source community where 'they laugh alike, they walk alike, at times they even talk alike.' Just another hack getting paid to generate clicks, facts optional. |
