I purchased a licence for Pixel 2 - 2 1/2 years ago. I never received the licence, and Pavel never responded to any of my repeated emails. Even the credit card outfit couldn't get a response out of him. No matter how good the app appears to be, I wouldn't expect any support at all from this guy. I'm very disappointed, truly burned, and think I'll give my next $32 donation to Gimp or Xara, where the level of service and the app itself is much more reliable. |
