Btw, in regard to changing the terms, the agreement expires after 3 years if I remember right. So it's really a worthless agreement for the reasons they /claim/ they made it, but then we all already knew it wasn't for those reasons. "We won't sue you today, so go ahead and install it and we'll sue you tomorrow". |

It will be interesting to see what happens when the time comes for considering a renewal of the agreement. Especially if M$ wants to and Novell doesn't. |
