Nice article. Good find, editors. It's not totally off-the-wall- Billg has been quoted as saying (whether he really said it or not, I can't find any pertinent links) that he'd prefer to see people in other countries using pirated windows than no windows. Like that first free taste from the dealer. |

There was a quote that apparently caused a stir in China, when Gates said that at least they were 'pirating' Windows, and that they wanted to let them get 'hooked', kind of like a drug dealer. It's been linked to elsewhere on the forums here. Just don't ask me where. :-( |
