Quoting:SOFTWARE FIRM Microsoft has put the first service pack for its new super soaraway Vista operating system, which has not even made it onto the consumer market, on the "fast track". http://uk.theinquirer.net/?article=37125 |

"In a statement regarding the service pack Microsoft admits that Vista has "high impact" problems. We assume that this is not because Vista fails to perform after it is dropped out of an aircraft and is probably a euphemism." too much - coffee came out of my nose after cracking up over this one. what this means is we released for businesses first because we knew they wouldn't deploy until 2008 and we should of really waited till fall of 2007 to release vista but our stockholders were throwing a fit so we threw out there what we had. so good luck when you spend the 400 dollars buying the product on getting it installed - but if you wait till June or July and if you are lucky enough to get it installed sp1 should, maybe, possibly make it stable. |
