Reading the title of this article, it sounds like House Democrats changed the existing rules to require less source code disclosure. As I read the article, however, they voted in favor of more source code disclosure. It was just not as aggressive as originally proposed. |

That's funny, softwarejanitor. I think a better title would have been "House waters down proposed e-voting code disclosure rules". |
