This is killer software. I have been using the open source version for a few years now as a corporate portal platform, wrapping all the company's functions under one authenticated interface. Not just the CRM features, but I throw all kinds of custom tools I've written and external websites into tabs in the interface. No one needs to bookmark links or remember URL's. It's all there in one place. Saves me hours and hours of writing mindless boilerplate. Great platform to build on, especially if you are short on time and staff like I am. Good Stuff. |

We're using it at my company as well. We use the pro version. I don't really see the added value of the pro version in features, but support certainly isn't bad. At one point there were was one support guy, one Sugar dev and me in a 4 hour hackathon tracking down a particulary nasty bug on our installation. And that was outside US office hours :-) |
