For deity's sake, is there any simpler function for a modern computer than COUNTING?? As the article says, it's either incompetence or corruption. My vote goes to both. |

I'm with TC. It's stupidity, in that Diebold et al., and their government enablers, thought they could cavalierly replace a system with known problems, with another system, untested, bringing in a whole new set of known and unknown problems. And it was malicious, in that they didn't care, as long as they got their $$$. |
