Totally off-topic, but I just had to share this: Browse the Artifacts of Geek History in Jay Walker's Library http://www.wired.com/techbiz/people/magazine/16-10/ff_walker... This is why I want a library in my house. |

Ours isn't quite that good. We just have a 16x24 shed with something like 5000 books in it. |

My girlfriend and I have about 2000 books, some 400 DVDs and about 400 or so CDs. Nothing copied of course (well, except one CSI episode that we taped). We usually pay around $8 or so for a DVD. Just keep a good eye on the bargain bins. Quite often I can find in a bargain bin as short as four weeks after it's released. |

Now that I am open-source retired, I can not afford to buy books or DVDs. Thank god for libraries and internet radio. |
