Don Knuth is (or at least was) an Ubuntu user. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for anyone. "I currently use Ubuntu Linux, on a standalone laptop—it has no Internet connection. It's a question of personality. Sheldon is a pedantic control-freak, the polar opposite of "to each their own." I doubt he would run any Linux-based system except perhaps in his Android-based cell phone, for lack of formal system verification. Or else he'd be a Mac fanboi. |
