I don't understand why anyone lends any credence to the ITC cretins. According to ITC's own web page:Quoting: The USITC is NOT a policymaking body. It is NOT a court of law. It does NOT negotiate trade agreements. |

Impartiality.....ok.... I always want to ask these folks who find in favor of Apple to just pull out their phone and show us what they use. Course, that could work easily the other way around too but it would still hint at a possible bias. |

@tracyanne and BernardSwiss,, I'd easily guess that those "local large, established corporations and fiscal interests" are supporting the ITC cretins, primarily to do a runaround number on the currently-squelched SOPA/APIPA bills. My 2c |
