I was just reading a story on how Linux jobs are growing. Forget that, as it seems the bulletproof career option is to become a lawyer. There are a whole lot of people who are willing to spend endless money to sue other people. I'm thinking you don't even have to be good at it, just persistent, like a yappy little dog. |

Bounty hunter. If this keeps up, at some point somebody's going to run a spreadsheet analysis of the costs of an untraceable contract hit against a patent troll versus litigation or capitulation, weigh the moral issues and conclude that patent trolls are a parasitic life-form like lice, and opt for the pragmatic solution. Soon thereafter, some soldier-of-fortune types will have websites put up on offshore servers offering to counter barratry with barrettry. |

My youngest memories of wondering about what work to do, I thought being a plumber would be pretty fool-proof. Then I found out what sewage is. Lawyer sounded good, then I found out what sewage is. |

@Bob_Robertson I Like it. It's evident that there are lawyer jokes I still haven't heard. Of course, it's not evident that was actually a joke... |

Well, I can remember one lawyer joke that I heard quite a while back: Question: What's the difference between a dead snake lying in the road and a dead lawyer lying in the road? Answer: There are skid marks leading up to the snake's corpse. |

Ok,... If you folks are going to start telling lawyer jokes,... Both me and Dino have to be in here.... |

I'm sorry, I did not mean to start anything. I was actually speaking the simple truth, save for the last word which I substituted for "the cr@p that lawyers do". It seemed apt. |

> Both me and Dino have to be in here Dino's been noticeably absent much of the time lately. Must be that thing they call "real life" interfering. |
