Astronaut which develops a Veterans Affairs (VA) VistA Electronic Health Record (EHR) distribution writes: Astronaut has released Astronaut-CPRS with vCardDAV demographics support. The new client allows drag and drop patient demographic registration as well as vCardDAV export of patient demographic information. Patients can send their information from a smartphone or email for quick and easy registration. This tutorial shows how to install and run a TYPO3 (version 7 LTS) web site on a Ubuntu 15.10 system that has a Nginx web server installed instead of Apache. This kind of setup is often called LEMP = Linux + Nginx (pronounced "engine x") + MySQL + PHP). Nginx is a fast and efficient HTTP server that uses less resources than Apache and delivers pages a lot faster, especially static files.

We all need to eat, and we know that good nutrition is an important component of a long and healthy life. Daily we read about genetically modified food and the dangers inherent in a system rife with food that's been altered by biotechnology. And, if you're like me, you begin to wonder, "Where can I get good food?" My wife and daughter have been an inspiration for me to eat better.
