Just select Cosmic during initial run of CashyOS 082825 Calamares installer and proceed with installation of Cosmic Beta DE utilizing native CachyOS repositories . Finally make sure that Cosmic Beta has been installed in the same way how we may install KDE Plasma 6.4.5 via original Cachyos ISO as of 08282025 . I have to notice that the only CachyOS provides a straightforward setup of Cosmic Beta DE vs an others clones of Arch Linux, say Garuda Mokka or Manjaro Linux for instance .

Once again build CachyOS Kernel 6.16.5 on Debian 13 Trixie (VENV)

Start with Pre-installation step $ sudo apt install bpftool and include /usr/sbin in system $PATH variable. On Debian Trixie stable vs Testing install libdw-dev and build dependencies for libdw-dev steps are required to succeed with build CachyOS 6.16.5 Kernel on Debian 13 . Secure boot should be disable by obvious reasons. I also cannot issue any warranty that this build is free of bugs.

Setup PyCharm Community Edition on Dual DE Hyprland with ML4W Dotfiles 2.9.9 && openSUSE Tumbleweed KDE Plasma 6.4.4

Solution proposed below is forcing installation /usr/bin/hyprpaper on Tumbleweed which breaks dependencies ( official option 2 ) and creating manually a soft link libhyprutils.so.6 -> libhyprutils.so.0.8.1 under folder /usr/lib64 . We intend to start with source-install of hyprpaper-0.7.1-2.6.src.rpm . . .

Following below is attempt to setup Hyprland with ML4W Dotfiles 2.9.8.7 (Stephan Raabe) on Fedora Rawhide . Connect via ssh to Arch Linux Plasma KVM Guest and issue series of commands following Stephan Raabe setup on minimal Arch Linux Instance skipping Hyprland due to we already have alive KDE Plasma DE been previously installed. We, actually, intend to run `flatpak run com.ml4w.dotfilesinstaller` inside KDE Plasma konsole.
