Never has laissez-faire thought been as dominant as it was among French economists, beginning with J.B. For nearly a century, the laissez-faire economists controlled the professional economic society, the Societe d'Economie Politique and its journal, the Journal des Economistes, as well as numerous other journals and university posts. And yet, few of these economists were translated into English, and virtually none are known to English or American scholars — the sole exception being Frederic Bastiat, not the most profound of the group. Novell launched its SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 last week along with other products aimed at SMB customers, its traditional NetWare base and mobile users.

Zero Touch Linux (ZTL), a complete suite of back office server applications centrally controlled by a friendly web based control panel. A single installation of ZTL can act as a central File Server, Print Server, Domain Consoler, DNS, Mail Server, Database Server and Web Server. The package overcomes the traditional difficulties of deploying a Linux infrastructure by reducing the setup of multiple server types to a one time installation and configuration.
