Post Script to The Novell Linux Desktop Review

After publication of the article Novell Linux Desktop reviewed, we heard from Christine McLellan, who contacted Dave. Christine is the Evolution PM from Novell. She helped us discover how to migrate the Evolution 2.0 client. Besides transferring the directory --evolution-- also move the sub-dirrectory .gconf/apps/evolution. Once you do that and start Evolution 2.0, everything should migrate correctly. Thank you Christine.

We were also able to install Codeweavers Version 4.0 in NLD. We download the crossoveroffice.sh script, became root using the "su" command. We installed Crossover into the /opt/cxoffice directory. Crossover Office then worked from the standard user's menu.
