Following the release of the Mozilla Firefox 157 web browser today, Mozilla also released the Mozilla Thunderbird 157 open-source email, chat, address book, news, and calendar client for all supported platforms.

Mozilla Thunderbird 157 introduces two new enterprise policies, namely DisableChat and DisableFileLink, to disable the Thunderbird Chat functionality and the Thunderbird FileLink functionality, respectively, makes the IMAP/POP manual configuration port field optional, and updates the built-in Thundermail add-on to version 2.0.16.
