This column gets results. A few months ago I suggested that Internet users would do well to give up on Microsoft Corp.'s buggy and insecure Internet Explorer browser and check out some well-crafted alternatives. And so you have, in a big way.

Good story. The author even uses the correct terminology like extensions instead of pluggins. I also think it is great that the story reveals how M$ uses non-standard code on their sites to block alternative browsers. The story even warns users about the activeX and how it is a target for crackers trying to get malware onto M$ computers.
