'SCOX' is no longer valid. It has changed to SCOXE

This is a sad day for the letter e, a once vibrant and vital member of the alphabet family.

Sure, it's been tied to losers in the past, and anybody knows that an 'E' in the baseball box score is not a good thing.

E daily suffers the embarrasment of having damned near anything internettish turned into e-this and e-that.

We won't even talk about the horrors of e-mail.

This association with SCO, though, has got to be the worst. SCO was once a proud name -- taking Unix to the small businesses that the "real" Unix companies (ie - the hardware makers) were to snooty to serve.

SCO was good and useful. Kind of like e.

I think I know why the Romans said revenge is best served cold. It takes a while for what goes around to come around.

Wel, sadly, after some research, it turned out the only fault they made was not reporting in time about their fiscal year 2004. BTW, 2004 was a bad year for them more loss, less gains), mainly because of the lawsuits-costs I think. If the lawsuits go on, and they get nothing because they can't win, wich may indeed happen, well ,you're right, they might indeed get blown out of the sky. Let's hope so! That would be a clear warning to other people trying to sue Linux (companies) from infringing on copyrights / IP.

Like Einstein said: E = MC^2, so all SCO's energy becomes mass that will be blown away with the speed of light squared!*

*Note: this is in fact impossible according to the same Einstein, but he didn't know about the Linux-momentum back then, which may make it possible to accelerate something beyond the speed of light in my opinion, espesially when that something is SCO.
