SCO, IBM Court Battles Over Unix IP Continue

In a series of hearings, IBM and SCO continue to clash over who should be required to provide information, and SCO renews its claims that IBM placed SCO's Unix code within Linux.

"We stuffed up big time. We're losers from keel to crowsnest. We ran a bluff to try and weasel big slabs of money out of IBM and it isn't working. We tried to buy Microsoft some time in the marketplace and that isn't working, either. Everybody hates us except for four prostitutes, I mean, pathetic excuses for journalists. The obsolescent dregs of our remaining products stink, sales have been dropping like lead ducks lately, and we're pretty much worth less than road-kill - except that very few people would bother swerving to put us in the way of their tyres."
