I just want to commend Simon for an excellent explanation of the new business model around Free Software. He apparently does understand what he is talking about very well, which is good news for us and Sun.

Free Software business is truly about the user, that is, the customer, and everyone of us, including business people are users or customers too. So, when a business model puts the customer at the center, everyone is bound to benefit.
