quote : "try going into a high street retailer or picking a PC off the page at Dell, and see whether you can end up free of Microsoft licences." http://comment.zdnet.co.uk/other/0,39020682,39261699,00.htm

Where have I heard this before?

Quoting:To help our Partners identify missed opportunities or handle delicate customer service situations in this sensitive area, Microsoft is recruiting two 'feet on the street' personnel, whose role will be to provide proactive assistance during customer visits and help you make the value proposition for preinstalled software and related services.

These "feet on the street" people; they wouldn't happend to be named Tom Hagen and Luca Brasi, would they?
