OpenMFG released the latest update to its namesake Enterprise Resource Planning application, announced an aggressive new pricing plan, and also contributed two new modules for an open source content management system. The company's flagship product is an advanced ERP software solution built with open source components, such as the Linux operating system, the PostgreSQL database, and the OpenRPT report writer.

Sure. If you're a VAR you sign a contract saying the OpenMFG folks own any enhancements you make to "their" software.

All I can say is icky-poo.

Icky-poo is not usually a part of my vocabulary dino. I guess I'm just not an 'icky-poo' kind of guy :D.
