I must say, I think it looks b*ttugly. A straight copy of the Apple i-whatever media-thingy, and not even a good copy so far. Fortunatly, it was not the developers that claimed it was "the non ugly" media player, because that would just have been rude and stupid.
Just curious, since everyone has their own opinion -- what do you consider so ugly about it? All I could see was a lot of screen real estate taken up by black, around an image, along with some things that look like buttons at the bottom.
Sounds like the old noncommittal 'interesting' that we artists used when a friends work was crap, but, we wanted to be polite. I must say "Non Ugly" has possibilities.
Say "interesting" and do the Spock eyebrow.

Now say "non-ugly" and do the Spock eyebrow.

I believe that "interesting" is the way to go.
You're right SFN... Doesn't work with Spock eyebrows.
