Jeez, another well researched article from the IT bums^H^H^H^H journalists. Maybe I will sound picky, but SuSE's main office was based in Nuremberg for most of the time (the early years they were in F"urth, but both towns are in Bavaria). For the geography impaired that's at the opposite "corner" of Germany.
