Contrary to SCO CEO Darl McBride's comments, Linus Torvalds says that he did want to see the Unix source code but couldn't—not from fear of "tainted" code, but rather because of SCO's NDA.

I remember Linus' statement about this exact issue. Come on, do you really think that Linus, the father of the most widely used open source kernel in the world is going to sign an NDA with some scumbags? He is much smarter than that.
