3:12 PM EDT 		I thought they were still headquartered in UT. Perhaps the subsidiary they purchased is much more central to their new business model than I thought!

6:13 PM EDT 		Moved it "officially" back in Feb. Heard it was a positive thing.. .keeps the execs from micro managing too much.
