Old news and more of the same Blah Blah Blah. Big mouth "Dodo" has been carrying the flag of indemnification for a while now. What's the big deal? Red Hat, Novell and HP have been offering indemnification to their customers for sometime. OSDL has a $10 million fund just to defend such suits. MS didn't offer anything more than a refund of the software cost. They recently started offering their customers a new plan, which is in my opinion & IANAL, basically accounts to nothing more than useless restrictions and exclusions that pretty much covers nothing and give no confort. It is a plan that all it consists of is smoke and mirrors. There are already a number of large scale Linux installations in pretty large companies, If any one has any valid case against Free Open Source, why the heck don't they sue? It seems like "AssCeeOh" law suite is going nowhere, what are they waiting for? Another "Stupid Company Officer" to come along? We all know what happened to the Dodo, don't we?
