that's great! I think it should say something more specific like: "No, I'd rather have a nail driven into my skull than attempt to clean the crud off of your Windows box" --or-- "I'll fix your XP box if you'll sign a disclaimer saying that you don't mind if all of your data and programs end up in the rotating vortex of oblivion..." --or-- "What EES THEESE VEENDOS WIRUS THEENG YOU SPEEEK OFF?"
