Recently installed Fedora Core3 and in the main I'm quite pleased with it, even managed to get my Canon i865 printer to work (occasionally!) One thing I just can't seem to find is the Gnome Print Manager which seems ti be mentioned elsewhere.....I can use the equivalent KDE app if I switch desktops but then I get errors with my nVidia display which I can't seem to fix, Any ideas? |

Who needs a print manager when you can have an aquarium and a pair of eyes on your panel? ;-) |

FC 3 uses CUPS...or at least loads it when i boot :p Try http://freshmeat.net/projects/gqueue/ Gqueue I haven't given it a go yet...but I plan on doing so soon. A rather new entry is http://gnome-apps.com/app.php?soft_id=479 GtkLP I'm not sure if this is what you were looking for :) Hope it helps. Devnet |

In SuSE 9.3 Gnome it's Applications > Utilities > Printing > Gnome Cups Manager > Click on the printer icon for print jobs or right click for Properties. Could be something similar in Fedora. |

Guys, do yourselves a favor and use KDEprint. In Suse 9.3 it is KMenu ->Utilities -> Printing -> Print Manager. |
