8:05 AM EST 		Since bandwidth is pretty cheap, I'm guessing the expense of providing email accounts stems from the Bill's bill for each connection to the gov's tinysquishy servers. If so, this is a new marketing strategy: pay the client licenses or we'll let the terrorists get you.

Just say no to illegal spying by the government and just say no to extortion marketing.
