4:12 PM EDT 		Now would that be because of Linux 'bloat', or, just the excuse to cover what hardware he can assemble for $100?

6:23 AM EDT 		Yeah. Granted that there are some pretty fat Gnu/Linux distros out there, seems like there are plenty of lightweight distros that could fulfill any realistic needs for this device.
