Thanks for your counterpoint to that Don! Awesome. I must say that, similarly, I had thought Neil to be a worthy news source based on some of his past articles I've read. However, that article yesterday, I feel - was rather unbalanced - and that has changed my opinion of him. It really does suprise me that Microsofts customers keep on going back for more underhandedness - even when they've experienced this kind of manipulation and abuse directly. |
