hey esteamed LXer editers, can we have the Features link back? Please pretty please? |
dcparris Nov 08, 2006 4:43 PM EDT |
On my screen, it shows up at the tip-top of the page, in the red menu bar. You don't see it up there? You might need some glasses, or the screen reader aid to find it, but it should be the 4th item from the left. ;-) Don |

Um. You just put it there! :) |
dcparris Nov 08, 2006 5:46 PM EDT |
Yeah. I painted it in as part of my digital arts class. At 8:40 PM. Right before I answered your post. :-) |

TC: Please remove the adhesive tape on your screen on that certain part of it. Behind it is...
(drums please) ...the features section! Or is the adhesive tape on your eyes? That would be really bad... Coming to think of it, Adblock plus embedded in my eyes, that would be the invention of the century. Could LXer patent that? Nah, we don't have money for that, do we? |

TC - Don't let them fool you. There really is no features links. That link at the top of the page just goes to a bunch of articles. Not a decent movie in the bunch. |

wow, what a twisty maze LXer has become. I'm all dizzy now. |
dinotrac Dec 28, 2006 4:23 AM EDT |
>I'm all dizzy now. Dizzy, my head is spinning. Like a whirlpool, it never ends. Somewhere, a Shondell weeps. |
cr Jan 14, 2007 1:47 PM EDT |
> Somewhere, a Shondell weeps. Serves 'em right, for the long version of "Crimson and Clover"... but it was Tommy Roe who released Dizzy, not Tommy James. http://www.tommyroe.com |

>but it was Tommy Roe who released Dizzy, not Tommy James. Even more reason for a Shondell to weep! ;0) |

wow, and I thought I was a moldy old coot. You guys definitely out-coot me. |
cr Jan 14, 2007 4:50 PM EDT |
Hey, I'm not the one who put white-out over the Features link on the screen! What were you editing? /me pulls the carbon paper out of the laser printer and hides it |

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/a/aa/Tommy_James_an... Wow, Dino, is that your generation? PS the features link doesn't send all your info to the NSA, and the NSA doesn't want to know which Linux you are using and what you are not doing at LXer. Therefore, don't, I mean DO! click it! |
dinotrac Jan 15, 2007 9:16 AM EDT |
>Wow, Dino, is that your generation? Fraid so. |
tuxchick Jan 15, 2007 10:34 AM EDT |
sheesh, so I trust re-typing more than copy-n-paste. Is that a crime? |
DarrenR114 Jan 15, 2007 10:38 AM EDT |
TC - Depends, are you using MS-Windows or Ubuntu? |
cr Jan 15, 2007 10:38 AM EDT |
> sheesh, so I trust re-typing more than copy-n-paste. Is that a crime? Just don't use the gritty eraser on the screen before you do it, the grit can fall in and gunk up the ribbon. |

>Just don't use the gritty eraser on the screen before you do it, the grit can fall in and gunk up the ribbon. What a dweeb. Everybody knows that modern computer screens have self-cleaning ribbons. |
dek Jan 15, 2007 6:59 PM EDT |
Wrong!! They have self-cleaning screens! Just like the following . . . http://www.netscape.com/viewstory/2007/01/13/abbr-titlescree... |
