This is the first article from Matt Hartley that didn't have me scratching my head as to why the article was written. He has some great ideas for promoting the idea as well. Quoting:How I Would Have Done This Differently. First off, I have seen nothing in the social media outside of the blogosphere. There should be a MySpace page, YouTube video highlights and interviews, Twitter page with tinyurl-linked progress reports and most of all - put that very cool image of the race car clearly into Creative Commons so we can use it in reporting on this story. GPL, CC, COD, SWAK, whatever -- Freeing the image is not only right in a practical sense, it is right in the sense of this campaign. |
