"As a matter of law, the court concludes that SCO breached its fiduciary duties to Novell by failing to account for and remit the appropriate SVRX Royalty payments to Novell for the SVRX portions of the 2003 Sun and Microsoft Agreements," - Judge Kimball

It's simple. As soon as SCO admits defeat, the trucks will be backing up to the front doors. When that happens, could we please try not to be overly gleeful? Many of the SCO employees probably did nothing worse than respond to the wrong job listing in the classifieds.

This is the point at which the whole sordid affair affects real people and their lives. One has to feel sorry for those employees of SCO, who simply wanted a Job where they could do the sort of things they enjoy doing and get paid for it.

tracyanne, I assume you are not including Daryl in your definition of "those employees of SCO, who simply wanted a Job where they could do the sort of things they enjoy doing and get paid for it".
