Black background, really small print, information density over the top. Too much of an insult to my eyes. I don't frequent sites where I have to magnify the page in order to read it. |

I have no problem with the layout even on my small netbook screen. I don't find the text to small and I actually like being able to browse through a large number of stories without having to scroll. I use white-on-black on my blog and on some parts of my website and I actually find that combination to be very easy to read. Flash popups Are my only objection but since I block popups I can avoid them. To each their own; we all have different tastes. In general I don't have a problem with this site and I will be visiting again. |

gah, redesigned for maximum screen dump. If your going to just dump stuff onto the screen and call it a day, then you should atleast include a way to filter the data. That legend on the side could be useful for that, but still, the small font and large data dump makes it ugly and unwieldy, thumbs down. |

Yeah, it's pretty much a featurless blob to me. Even if the little colored tags were big enough to be useful it's still a bad layout. The original version featured feeds from a number of sites, so the page was broken up into nice organized digestible chunks. This new incarnation looks like just another typical click-whore site. (Excuse the language, it's a common term and I couldn't think of a different way to say it.) |
