But they're Uncertain exactly when.or even why they named it that :)

Seriously, does the author not know the original source for the name? I would have thought the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle would be known even to non-scientists.

Maybe it will be released, maybe not.

Trouble is, if we know when it is released, we won't we sure what's actually in it :D
