in the previous thread on ridcullys solar system he mentioned problems with the power supply in south australia and their plans of building a large battery system. i just happen to come across this: http://venturebeat.com/2017/03/10/elon-musk-offers-to-fix-so... does anyone know how this battery system works compared to the one referenced by ridcully: http://www.theleadsouthaustralia.com.au/industries/mining-re... is this an attempt to compete? is one system better than the other (more effective, cleaner)? is there any catch? greetings, eMBee. |
