Adding Wbar, Prism, and Gadgets to Ubuntu

After recently reviewing the gOS Gadgets Ubuntu-remix, I decided to try adding Mozilla Prism, Google Gadgets, and a Wbar animated application-launch icon dock to standard Ubuntu. Here's how to do that.
