The Ben Nanonote is very limited in the software ported to it, and its function,... more like a great device for using as a tiny terminal. The Open Pandora has more flexibility, a more complete OS, more programs (mostly games).
I'm still waiting on the "Perfect" open source hardware device,... a 7"+ touch screen tablet with X86 compatibility, open spec 3D graphic chipset, open spec sound chipset, open drivers (including power management), built in peripherals connected through internal USB (rather than ps2 ports which often nerf driver support for touch screens), decent amount of RAM, Bluetooth, Wifi (3/4G optional), accelerometers, optional GPS, ethernet port, 2+ external USB (ver 2.0 - 3.0), 1 internal USB (with a reasonable amount of internal space for devices), IR transiever and the option of SSD or HD mass storage.
Essentially, I want an open harware, Linux compatible touchscreen system that can be modded like it was the junk car for the early 21st century. This is close to what the Crunchpad was supposed to be before the infamous Crunchpad/JooJoo split.
