VirtualBox 4.1.16 Has Support for Linux Kernel 3.4

Oracle announced a few minutes ago, May 22nd, the immediate availability for download of the popular VirtualBox 4.1.16 virtualization software.

VirtualBox 4.1.16 comes with compile fixes for the recently released Linux kernel 3.4, as well as a correction for the help path in some RPM-based packages.

Another important fix, this time for the Solaris platforms, is support for XOrg Server 1.11 and 1.12.

Among other important fixes and improvements included in VirtualBox 4.1.16 we can mention a Guru Meditation VERR_PAGE_TABLE_NOT_PRESENT fix for Ubuntu 32-bit guests on AMD CPUs, Guru Meditation VERR_ACCESS_DENIED fix, SMP guests hang issue after resuming from pause or savestate was fixed.
