Software firm Sortasoft LLC, of Brooklyn, NY, aims to bring a fresh and innovative RPG to Linux, and it’s not too short of it’s financial backing goals; but it hasn’t reached them either.

At the time of writing, Meriwether has just clipped passed the halfway mark of it’s first goal of 35k, but it has hardly become the runaway success of some other Kickstarter projects. The project still needs to reach its base goal of 35k, or this future gem won’t happen. Though with 10 days to go, all is not lost. But we’d be lying if we told you that we didn’t want to see the project reach its stretch goals. Have a look what you we can get as part of this title if we can throw a few extra dollars its way.
