he Elive team is proud to announce the release of the beta version 2.2.6. This new version includes the following changes: the installer has been tested during the last two weeks where, thanks to all the volunteers, many bug fixes were made real-time using IRC at #elive; the installer is now ready for normal usage; upgrade mode of the installer is now implemented, it's good for upgrading previous versions of Elive; bugs fixed in the installer include permissions, audio, mounting media, login to graphical system, end-user configurations, end-user home folders in different languages and much more.
