Oracle Releases VirtualBox 5.0.14 with Support for Linux Kernel 4.5, Mac OS X Fixes

Oracle today announced the release of the VirtualBox 5.0.14 open-source and cross-platform virtualization software for all supported operating systems, including GNU/Linux, Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows.

For Linux users, VirtualBox 5.0.14 brings initial support for the upcoming Linux 4.5 kernel, which has not even been released yet as a Release Candidate build. Also for Linux platforms, the new VirtualBox maintenance release adds proper support for creating the /sbin/rcvboxdrv symbolic link, fixing a regression from VirtualBox 5.0.12.
