With just a little Node.JS, you can get your Alexa devices to do just about anything you can imagine by simulating Wemo smart plugs. Use the on/off requests of your "fake plug" to trigger the open and close of your garage door, launch a program on your computer or start and stop services. You're limited only by your imagination.
